.Unbeatable location in the picturesque countryside of the popular Lower Guadalhorce Valley, Malaga,
Situated away from all the crowds and noise of the coast but you can live in peace in the beautiful countryside, yet be only a short drive away from all the facilities of the Costa del Sol, so its very quick and easy to access all the facilities the coast offers, but is not too far inland, so does not suffer from the severe extremes of temperature that are encountered in villages further inland (-villages where you will find many cheap houses advertised for sale, as few people want to live in these temperatures! Or so far away from good shops, supermarkets and other facilities! ) .
This is the ideal location, so near everything, but quiet, peaceful and scenic, yet also very close to all the facilities of the Costa-del-sol.
Excellent access to major roads and only 10-15 mins from the beaches of the Costa-del-sol, Golf, Malaga city, and the airport too! Additionally, Marbella is also only approx 35 mins away! Its only 10-15 mins from the historical & cultural Malaga City, which is a lot more than just sun,sea and sand!- (see more info below)
It's also on an regular public transport route.
Ideal holiday home, permanent living, or just as a good investment- as property prices are now rising on the Costa del Sol.
Just approx 43,950 EUROS will buy you this wonderfully located property, if you also take over the small existing mortgage of only 181 euros a month (payments reduce annually too!)

Importantly this neighourhood is SAFE, with zero crime, and although the windows have strong and good quality English standard double glazing, there is no need to live in a “prison” and have the metal prison type bars on your windows here! - which you see on so many Spanish houses!
And unlike many traditional Spanish cottages too, which are often dark and gloomy inside, this has plenty of good natural light in all rooms and views from every room too!, so has a airy, spacious feel.
The property is also within walking distance of the next village down the valley (Santa Amalia)- a pleasant walk on a quiet country lane down through the citrus groves. This village benefits from a filling station, shop, chemists, restaurant, and various other businesses, as well as a childrens play park and football pitch.

Fully Legal, on Urban land, and with a full Escitura (Property Title Deed) and all paperwork in order.
All mains services connected. READY TO MOVE IN TOMORROW.
It's in a very quiet hamlet which is a cul-de-sac, so there is no passing traffic, so it's very safe for children and pets outside.
There is also plenty of parking immediately outside the property (unlike many village/town houses!)
However, if a garden/outdoor area is required, a small area (approx 100m2) of land is available adjacent to the house, that can just be used, or rented at a nominal rent long-term/permanently if a formal contract is required, very cheaply, just across the lane in line with the house boundaries (like all the neighbours gardens). This was the original garden of the property and is owned by another English person. However, it has no Title Deed, so the land is not buildable or officially saleable, therefore any rent will be very low! It also has an old block-built shed on it too.
Although it has no outside space of its own (apart from the garden area available) it's classified as an "Urban" property, which means that it can legally be extended upwards another storey, plus a roof terrace added, if desired. IT already has the concrete slap in place below the roof tiles. (many of the neighbours do have roof terraces) The views from this would be amazing, and of the whole valley!
The hamlet has tarmac roads, street lighting, all mains services and also a charming rustic Spanish Flamenco bar/restaurant which is very popular, and also a kiosk which sells, crisps, beer etc. It is also served by mobile vans which sell a variety of fresh food and other products daily. All the neighbours are very friendly and helpful.
There are also beautiful walks by the river amongst the orange and lemon groves right in front of the house, with and mountain walks nearby, on the other side of the house, so is ideal for dog walking! And it is also a popular area for horse-riding and cycling.
Its very cheap to eat out here too, the average cost of a 3 course meal (Menu of the day, with variety of choices of freshly prepared food) is only around 7.50 Euros (less than a fiver!) - including a drink and usually bread too! Or for a snack, a beer with a tapa is around 2 Euros.
Malaga is also famous for the quality and variety of it's wonderful and delicious fish dishes too!
Move in ready. All kitchen appliances are included, and furniture etc is also available,if required, plus car too!
Ideal for permanent living, or as a holiday home, could easily sleep up to 8 if a sofa bed was put in the lounge and bunk beds in one bedroom.
Only 10-15 mins away from Malaga airport, which is served by lots of regular cheap flights to and from the Uk, often for as little as £30 return.
Good investment for the future as property prices are rising on the Costa del Sol and are predicted to continue rising..
Valued at 145,000 Euros a few years ago, but now hugely reduced for quick sale, due job loss and relocation. so Bargain price of only 77,950 Euros. PRICED TO SELL FAST NOW
We have moved out, so it is ready to move in without delay !
And most furniture etc available too, if required.
If you don't have sufficient funds to buy outright, you can take over the small existing mortgage on it,(this is very normal in Spain on a property sale, subject to the bank's agreement) and just pay the balanec in cash, approx 46,000 Euros.
This is only approx 182 Euros a month, (and decreasing annually), The mortage term is until April 2034 when it should all be paid off, although you do also have the option of lump sum repayments to reduce the balance over the term, or paying it all off early. (Taking over the mortgage would also save you the 5000+ Euro fee the Spanish banks often charge to take out a new mortgage)
It is extremely cheap for a property in this popular area, and is Priced to SELL (due to job loss), However, a little negotiation on price might be possible for a quick sale, so all serious offers considered.

Further info on Cartama sights(found on the internet):
The most emblematic monument of Cártama is undoubtedly the Chapel of Our Lady of Remedios, located in the Cerro de la Virgen. It was built in the seventeenth century on another original fifteenth century, whose age is also the image of the Virgen de los Remedios, patron saint of the town.
This chapel is a single nave covered with a barrel vault, and its highlight is the hexagonal Dressing Room, with 6 cloths and vault decoration with paintings of birds and flowers on pedestals and pilasters.
In it, the image of the Virgin appears in an artistic silver shrine. Its beauty is unique, both outside and inside, the walls are adorned with mementos left by the faithful who come to visit.
The road to the Hermitage, always rising, is winding, and is a true natural viewpoint from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Guadalhorce Valley. In addition, a new access from the rear of the mount of Ermita called Trascastillo, part of the hiking trail "Sierra de los Espartales".
In 2004 the whole was declared of Cultural Interest by the Junta de Andalucía.
While the sprawling white town of Cártama undoubtedly impresses the visitor now, with its ruined hilltop fortress, how much more impressive it must have been in its Roman heyday, with a formidable castle protecting both the town and the river valley - Cartama stands at the head of the Rio Guadalhorce. A spectacular restored iron bridge spanning the river, known as the Puente Verde or Puente de Hierro (Green or Iron Bridge), connects the main town with Estacion de Cartama. The town is just a short drive from the Costa del Sol.
Further info on Malaga city: (Found on the web).
Malaga City, the birthplace of Picasso, is dubbed the Capital of the Costa del Sol. Once considered the poor cousin of Andalusia's capital city, Seville, it now competes successfully for attention, thanks to its profusion of quirky museums, delightful pedestrianised centre, innovative restaurants and stylish hotels, many featuring trendy rooftop terraces with bar, pool and stunning views. Muelle Uno is the latest addition - a contemporary leisure complex in the port - while a new arty district called SOHO is bringing a bohemian edge to the city.
The opening of the Picasso Museum in 2003 triggered the city's cultural rebirth, and visitors are now flocking to this port city which boasts excellent transport, top-class cuisine and fascinating monuments, from Moorish and Roman times through to modern day - while retaining its authentic Andalucian feel. Whether you are visiting from a cruise, a weekend break or as curious Costa del Sol visitors, you will be pleasantly surprised by this intriguing city.
In addition to homage to the great Picasso, other great historic monuments include the imposing Baroque Cathedral, popularly known as 'La Manquita' (One Armed Woman), and the newly restored Roman theatre. High on the hill above the city is the Parador (state-run hotel), which is situated in the Gibralfaro Castle. This is a wonderful place to either stay the night or have a long lunch in these fascinating surroundings, with panoramic views over Malaga city and out across the port to sea.
Malaga has more museums than any other city in Andalucia; over 30 at last count - and new ones are opening all the time. Learn about the city through its wine, at the Wine Museum; its social history and customs, from the collection of 19th-century paintings at the new Carmen Thyssen museum; and its famous local personalities, such as the painter Felix Revello del Toro. For more art and design delights, you can visit museums of contemporary art, archaeology or glass; while fashion is covered, together with cars (yes, seriously - it's a clever gender-balancing combination) at one of the city's latest openings.
